In honor of Black History Month, The Mackenzie Noble Community Collaborative Drug Free Coalition (MNCC-DFC) has invited Dr. Freeman Culver to speak at their next community meeting on February 27 at 6PM. The meeting will take place at DABO, 12048 Grand River, Detroit, MI. Mr. Culver is spearheading a project to rebuild what’s left of “Black Wall Street” in Tulsa, OK and will enlighten the crowd on what Black Wall Street was, his vision, and updates on the project.
